Overview
The recall endpoint searches your memories semantically. You don't need exact keyword matches — Trix understands meaning and returns ranked results.
For complete parameter documentation, response schemas, and advanced options, see the Memories API Reference.
Endpoint
Endpoint
POST /v1/memories/searchExample
const results = await client.memories.list({
q: 'What are the user interface preferences?',
spaceId: '<space-uuid>',
limit: 5
});
for (const mem of results.data) {
console.log(`[${mem.score.toFixed(2)}] ${mem.content}`);
}Filtering Results
Recall accepts scalar filters alongside the query. Combine tags, space_id, pinned, and min_quality on the same request for
quick filtering. For richer expressions — ranges, or/not, graph, geo,
and aggregation — use the Query Language (MQL).
Example Query
GET /v1/memories?q=user%20activity
&tags=ui,settings
&space_id=<space-uuid>
&min_quality=0.5
&limit=20
