We're Not Hiring

Well, not officially. We're a small team building big things. No open positions, no HR department, no "we'll keep your resume on file" lies.

But here's the thing: if you're the kind of person who reads careers pages for companies that aren't hiring, you might be exactly who we'd want to talk to someday.

Interesting people have a way of creating their own opportunities.

What We're About

> Ship > Slide Decks

We don't have meetings about meetings. We don't have a "sync to align on synergies." We build things, ship them, see what breaks, fix it, repeat. If you need a 47-slide deck to explain your idea, it's probably not a good idea.

Our last all-hands was a Slack message. It said "shipped."

> Remote-First, Async-Native

Sweden-based company, globally distributed mindset. We don't care where you work or when you work. We care about what you ship. Your calendar is yours. Your focus time is sacred. No one will ping you at 3 AM unless the servers are literally on fire.

(The servers have never been on fire. Knock on wood.)

> Hard Problems, Not Hard Politics

We're building the memory layer for AI. This is genuinely hard—distributed systems, vector search, ML pipelines, real-time inference. What's not hard is our culture. No ego battles. No territory wars. Just smart people trying to solve interesting problems.

The hardest interpersonal conflict we've had was tabs vs. spaces. We chose tabs. Some wounds never heal.

> Ownership > Oversight

You own your work. Not in the "we'll give you equity and also 80-hour weeks" way. In the "here's a problem, you figure out how to solve it, we trust you" way. No micromanagement. No daily standups disguised as surveillance. Just outcomes.

If you need someone watching over your shoulder to do good work, we're probably not a fit. If you thrive with autonomy, keep reading.

The Stack

Backend: Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, Redis, pgvector for the vector stuff. Deployed on Fly.io. Boring choices, battle-tested.

Frontend: Svelte 5, SvelteKit, TypeScript, Vite. The docs site you're (probably) coming from. No Next.js—we're not afraid of a little hand-rolled.

ML/AI: Python for the heavy lifting. Embeddings, clustering, the stuff that makes memory actually work. We're not an "AI company" in the "we put AI in the name" sense. We're infrastructure for people building AI.

SDKs: TypeScript, Python, C#, Go. CLI in Go because we're not monsters.

git clone > bun install > productive in a day.
That's the goal.
